Scope of Services & Limitations of Care

Mindful Ease Psychiatry & Wellness provides outpatient tele-psychiatry services intended for individuals who are clinically appropriate for non-emergent, virtual mental health treatment.

We do not provide emergency services or higher levels of psychiatric care. By engaging in our services, patients acknowledge and agree that telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions or clinical situations.

At this time, we do not evaluate, treat, or manage individuals with:

  • Active psychosis or schizophrenia spectrum disorders requiring intensive or in-person management
  • Active suicidal or homicidal ideation, or individuals at imminent risk of harm to self or others
  • Substance use disorders with risk of acute withdrawal requiring medically supervised detoxification

Care Design Around You

Your mental health journey deserves personalized support, convenience, and compassion. Schedule your telehealth consultation today.

Patients presenting with the above conditions—or who develop these conditions during the course of treatment—may be referred to a higher level of care, including in-person psychiatric services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), or emergency services.
